Did you say on a cruiseship? That reminds me of something....it was so long
ago that I almost forgot that practice !! (What about those gallons of Bloody
Mary ?)
My god, I wouldn't do that in my bar now for any reason in this world !!
After all what is the bartender supposed to do behind the bar ? Mix drinks
properly. No I wouldn't suggest that, to me is an unortodox practice that
might at the moment help saving some time, but it could also help loosing
customers in the long run, I strongly believe that customers should be able to
see what type (brand) of liquor you are pouring in his drink. Sorry, no, I
wouldn't recommend this sort of premixes, not at all.
