I have an interesting problem coming up in that we are running a James bond
themed evening and as a drink on arrival the organiser has proposed that we
use the James bond martini or Vesper. This is no real problem although i may
have to slightly change the ingredients to keep costs down, the dificulty I
have wioll be producing 150 of these ina very short space of time, obviously
it should be "shaken not stirred" but I'm unlikely to be able to spare more
than 3 staff members for this..
Does anyone have any cheats or advice as to the best way to produce a quality
martini quickly?
Thanks Pete
