Punches are inherently colorful - they contain colorful fruit juices. It would 
be hard to make a punch without any color. You'd have to use only white 
liqours and also find colorless fruit juices. I think white grape juice has 
almost no color, and so does white cranberry juice. Apple juice is relatively 
pale. I don't know if you're going to have a lot of luck with this.
