In many cases, when starting out in a brand new establishment, it takes some 
time for the clientelle and the money to start flowing in, especially if it's 
a privately owned place. I suggest, if you like everything else about where 
you work, just to stick it out for a bit, and the money will come. It's a 
great opportunity for you to fine tune your skills and develop regulars.
