Subject: Absolut Vanilla

One of my co-workers recently sold a bottle of Absolut Vanilla thinking it was
standard Absolut frosted up from being in the freezer. As the bottle had been
opened and 1 drink poured from it, we could not re-sell it. I bought the
bottle at just below cost price and am now wondering what to do with it.

My idea is a martini style drink, possibly 1 and 1/2oz Absolut Vanilla, 1/2oz
Cointreau, 1/2oz White Creme de Cacao, shaken with ice and strained into a
cocktail glass swilled with a few of drops of orange bitters. Garnished with
a flamed orange twist and grated white chocolate.

An ex bartender friend of mine, the G-Child, suggested about 1 and 1/2oz
Absolut Vanilla, 1/2oz Goldshlager, 3-4oz Apple juice. Poured over ice in a
collins and garnished with a cinnamon stick.

Any thoughts or further suggestions on mixing absolut vanilla?
