I'm sad to say that only tonic water will glow under UV (black) light, this is
due to the molecular structure of quinine in tonic that gives it its bitter
taste (and protects from malaria). It is shaped like a ring (of sorts) and
reflects light at a different wavelength to visible light spectrum. Yes I'm
sad, dont rub it in.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
