It's always a hard one to work out. The trick is to estimate how many they 
might have per head (eg. 3 glasses) and then convert it into bottles.
My estimate is that you'd need at least 2 cases of champagne (although 
knowing how much people love to drink champagne at Weddings, I'd probably go 
for 3 cases)
As far as the beer goes 3 cases of beer would also be ample (maybe get 2 
varieties - a light/ low stregnth beer as well).
What about the other 25 people - are they kids?
