Subject: Making pitchers of shots....help?
From: Lacey

Hey guys I'm fairly new to bartending and need some good advice for converting
a single shot into a pitcher. Is there a good way to do it? I've been relying
on the pourers to do the measuring and in general "2 second count" for 1/2 an
ounce. Anyone have some tips? Is 2 sec about right for 1/2 ounce? I think the
thing that really confuses me is adding the non alcoholic beverage since I
don't have a glass to see how much I need to add. Does that make sense?
