Subject: Serving Czech beer - sliced?
From: Elisheva

Recently I was in a bar that serviced a beer called Krusovice on tap.
The had dark and light - however, there was an option to order it "sliced",
where the dark floated above the light beer.
Someone told me this is a common gimmic in Prague, but also an old fasioned
was to serve it in some old bars in England.

1. Has anyone heard of this elsewhere?
2. What is this method called? (sliced?)
3. And... since i suspect the density would be the same - how is it done, and
how does it float on top?

Thanks.
