Take the recipe for the punch which you are going to use and work out the
ratio for each ingredient in relation to each other, then simply multiply
these numbers up until you have enough to fill approx three quarters of your
barrels, Fill most of the remaining space with ice about twenty mins before
service and never fill them to the top as this means you can't dip into them
or move them..
If you have the chance they can be made up in advance and stored in a walk in
fridge....
