Hey Mike,

Check out http://www.miss-charming.com/recipes/classic.htm for a good list of
the classic cocktails. Many trendy cocktails come and go, but these are
classics for a reason. www.cocktailtime.com has a "cocktail of the week" that
is perfect for beginning recipes and stocking the bar. If a recipe is based
on a hi-ball glass, then the liquor ratios are based on a 10 oz glass. If you
are using large glasses, you will need to adjust the amount of each ingredient
you put into the glasses. Also, this volume counts on you filling the glass
3/4 of the way to the top with ice.

Good luck,
Eric

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
