My rule for measuring multiple shots is as follows:

(NOTE: all of these are for 1 oz. Shot glasses)

Single Liquor/Liquer: 3 count (3/4 oz) for every shot.
example: someone orders 4 shots of grey goose, pour a 12 count into mixing
tin w/ ice and serve. The extra 1/4 oz for each shot will be made up by the
ice melting.

TWO liquor/Liquer shot: 2 Count (1/2 oz) for each liquor for each shot.
example: customer orders 5 Jager and Rumplemintze; pour into tin with ice 10
counts for each the jager and rumple. You will probably have a little left
over.

Three Liquor/Liquer shot: 1 count for each liquor for each shot.
example: 4 shots Kamikaze. In mixing tin with ice, 4 counts for each
ingredient (vodka, lime juice, triple sec.) You may notice that only allows
for 3/4 oz for each shot. The ice melting will make up for the extra 1/4 oz.

Juice Shots: (These are tricky) For a sex on the beach I generally put one
count of the liquor (vodka, peach schnapps) and guesstimate on the amount of
juice. In a small mixing tin I fill the tin up Half way with the juices and
it usually yields about 4 shots. Since there is no way to measure the juice
accurately this method has worked best for me. If they order 5 shots you add
a little more. The best way to practice these is doing them. Once you get
the hang you can measure it out to the tee.

These methods above are the ones I use and are 95% accurate. You may have to
tweek them depending on the size of the shot glasses. That is one of the
first things I concern myself with when going to work at a bar, the size of
the glasses. Good luck!
