As I recall corn and soy are ok to consume for someone with that allergy.
There is beer made from corn. I had one at a Brew Pub in Washington. I am not
sure if there is any available in your area, but you might check one of the
beer sites. Also I have been told that they make beer from Soy, but I have not
seen any yet.
