Boggling my mind here....BUT....here's what highschool chem tells me...
If you made a shot with a high sugar content (i.e. Parrot Bay like I was 
speaking of in a last post), and layered a little 151/everclear/gasoline/etc 
on top and lit it...the sugar would at least caramelize....
Beyond that....uhhhh....use a paper cup and lit the cup on fire?
Yeah...less than helpful...but hey...it's been a rough day already
