First off Jack Daniels is technically not a bourbon, it is a Tennessee
whiskey. The bourbons I would suggest for a good old fashioned are as
follows:

Jim Beam ( Can't go wrong with this one)
Maker's Mark ( 90 proof or 101 is good)
Wild Turkey ( Has numerous proofs but all are excellent)
Old Crow Bourbon ( Also has variety of proofs due to age)
There are more but this should get you off and running.
