No, I don't think it's really been seen much at all judging by previous 
discussions!
But a 0.43 second search on a reasonably well-known thing called google.com 
for "glowing cocktail effect" came up with this

at about.com - hey, a cool article all about it! Mostly goes into light-up 
accessories quickly however.

A search here on webtender also

pulls up previous Q&A on this, including my long-ago reference to 
http://www.biotoy.com/h2oglow.htm  - a glowing, safe, tasteless additive
... which I still am dying to get my hands on!
