Green label and black label are actually the same whisky.  The differences 
are these:
Green Label is younger.  Look at the bottles. Black always says, "Old No. 7"  
Green just says, "No. 7".  
Green Label is lower proof.  80, as opposed to the black label's 86.  
They are both sourmash.  
There's one other difference, but I can't think of what it is.....oh yeah....
Green label tastes like shit.
