Cement mixer

1 oz Bailey's
1 oz Roses Lime

Believe me, these drinks do NOT mix, instant curdling.

Another way to prepare this drink which i probably didn't "invent" but
certaintly discovered when we got a new set of glasses and i was comparing
sizes. Works best with a tall, 1.5 oz shot glass and a similar hight 6-8oz
rocks. 1oz bailey's in the shot glass, 1oz roses in the rocks. Place shot
glass into the rocks with roses, then drink so the shot tips up and leans
against the inside of the rocks as you drink. Both drinks should enter the
mouth at the same time, but not yet mixed so the cement mixer effect takes
place in the mouth.

A lot of time spent there describing a pretty crap drink. This sort of abuse
should be reserved only for birthdays and new members of barstaff.
