Spent most of my time working in a bar in Vancouver. A lot of places i went
had three slush machines: Lime, strawberry and peach. This way vodka,
bacardi, or tequila was added to each to make a martini, daquiri or margarita.
I think peach schnapps, fizzy wine and peach slush made a bellini. With a dash
of grenadine over the top. I was not impressed. Travelled across canada
stopping at Banff, Calgary, Winnipeg (Oh my god there is NOTHING there!)
Toronto, Niagra then down to NYC.

I like a margarita quite sour, hence my objection to any sweet and sour being
in the room near my margarita. Try a dash more cointreau to increase the
sweetness and if you must, only if you really must, a dash of simple syrup.
