i suggest experimenting with different ingredients.  some past favorites
that are unusual are horseradish, olive juice instead of pickle juice,
garlic salt and adolf's seasoning.  and then the old stand by such as
pickle juice, salt, pepper, hot sauce and dill.  when you start making
your own they taste better but never the same depending on who makes
it.  also, instead of the celery stalk for garnish, try pickle spear,
canned green bean or parsley.  have a good one.   janet
