To be honest..I dont believe the bartender should be held responsible for the 
actions of the drinker.  My opinion is not always that of the local laws in 
your area.  I drink at many different places, and usually end up quite 
intoxicated at one or another.  That is why the number for a taxi company is 
programmed in my cel phone.  One drink is too many to drive.
