ANY BARTENDING SCHOOL that will not divulge their tuition costs up front are
trying to scam you! Think of it...One student pays $900 while the next pays
$600....Hmmm....sounds like a bunch of sharks to me!
I attended bartending school myself many years ago and found out that I knew
NOTHING wht a bartender should know on his/her first day on the job. I was
trained to be a speed bartender without being taught the true ratio of
bartending...which is: 75% Customer Service/
Techiniques and 25% Recipes . Pity that the chain schools reverse these
figures only to fill your heads with promises of $1000 per week in tips.

You know, there are only a handful of quality schools here in the USA and
Canada.
Texas School of Bartending, S.F.School of Bartending, another school in
Montreal ( Absolute? ) and another in British Columbia and Portland,Oregon
(Infinity?) and another in Manhattan ( NYC )

My advice: Find a reputable bartending school that will tell you UP FRONT
over the phone how much the tuition costs, the corriculumn, etc...
It shows good faith and proves they have nothing to hide.
Good luck.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
