As an ex-bartender from Fridays, it is 1 part malibu, 1/2 part banana and
malibu, 2 parts sour and pineapple juice.

As a bit of old bar lore, the drink was originally called "junebug
annihilator" named after a petite bartender with the nickname "junebug". A few
of these and she was "annihilated".

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
