Most liquors and liqueurs/cordials can be stored at room temperature, with
your juice and cream mixes of course being stored in the fridge. There are a
few exceptions, and some depend on your personal preference. Jagermiester (in
my humble opinion) is only good if it's served cold, so I'd refrigerate that.
With your vermouths, I think they should be fine at room temperature.

As far as shelf life goes, most of your straight liquors should last a good
while at room temperature. But definately keep a check on your cordials
(especially Irish Cream liqueurs like Bailey's and coffee liqueurs like
Kahlua, Tia Maria, etc.) since they have such a high sugar content. And,
contrary to popular belief, you dont have to refrigerate Bailey's--the
sugar/alcohol ratio is fine for room temperature--but you may just prefer it
cold.

  Hope that helps,
