The best way to blow fire is to NOT!  It's a stupied, dangerous trick that 
could scar you for the rest of your life.  If that doesn't discourage you I 
would suggest the following.  First, I wouldn't use 151.  The flame off it is 
ok if you are in a dimly lit bar, but you will get a brighter flame and a 
cooler fire from petro or kerosene.  I would just lit a torch and play with it 
for a while.  Lose your fear of the fire.  Touch it, grab it, put it briefly 
in your mouth.  IT WILL BE HOT!  When you are use to the fire practice 
spraying water out of your mouth in a fine spray with no large globs.  
Remember, if burning fuel drips down your chin or you accedently swallow it, 
YOU WILL GET HURT!  Stand in the shower and practice until you have complete 
confidence.  Your life depends on it.  Then, lit up a torch, take a shot of 
kerosene and blow.  Good luck.
