Ibsen
Created by George Sinclair
2 shots Aquavit (Norwegian)
3/4 shot fresh lime juice
3/4 shot Orgeat syrup (almonds)
1/2 egg white (albumen)
2 dashes of Bitters
Shake with ice, then strain into ice filled whisky glass; garnish with a
pinch of ground cinnamon sprinkled on top.
This cocktail is named in honour of Henrik Ibsen, the author (Norwegian, of
course!-)
