They sound good - my variation on the chocolate martini which has got a lot of
sucess is that i make my own chocolate vodka as follows:
5 mars bars to 1 bottle of vodka (any good brand will do) Melt the mars bars
into the vodka in a bain marie (pan placed over another one with boiling water
in) so that the chocolate dissolves quickly (about 7 mins) and then blend it
well.
Once you have done that, keep it in the fridge and for the ultimate chocolate
martini mix 3 oz of chocolate vodka, with a dash of amaretto or frangelico -
lovely!
