We have a large walk in cellar that is totally refridgerated fro all bottled
beer, kegs, white wine etc. the beer serves very well and its great to use
bottles straight from the cellar that are ready chilled for service.

Like Fillup says the gas system is located outside the cellar and we have a
central CO2 tank with a machine that makes and mixes its own nitrogen.

The beer cooling system is based on Glycool not water and it does work far
better than any previous system i've had before.

If you like I can read all the labels on them to tell you which companies
manufacture and retail this kind of thing just drop me a line.

Pete
