How about some whiskey? Something like Crown Royal can be mixed with any
number of simple things: water, soda, Coke, 7up, etc. But then you'll need
vodka or something for the non-whiskey drinkers. In which case you might want
to get a juice or two to go along with the mixers you already have.

Or you could have a theme party, like Margaritas or Martinis or something.
That could be fun while keeping it simple. Or you could showcase a drink,
while having a couple of backups as well. The best wedding I ever went to had
pitchers of margaritas and lemonade, with cheap beer, wine and bottled water.
That was it.

It helps to know the top sellers in your state. According to my rep, the top
sellers for the state of Louisiana are Crown Royal and Absolut vodka, while
Hpnotiq is currently the top seller nationwide. So my next party will involve
Crown and vodka of some sort, as well as plenty of cheap beer.

I don't know where you are, but... I would advise against gin, unless having a
Martini party. I still have the same damn bottle of gin from New Year's two
years ago.

Hope this helps.
