Do you enjoy your job?

The reason I ask is that have recently really enjoyed my job, getting into the
fact I can 'wow' people (my favorite are the 'smokers', the restaurant is all
nonsmoking so I get the decadent folks at the bar) with proper service &
prompt attention. Not that I am a bar star, rather how shitty (or diluted) the
talent pool is in the service industry. Do you feel there would be a market
for a "proper service" school, not "bartender U" but a class to make guests
feel welcome. Or is it my misguided belief that you either can or you can't. I
am currently working with a "can't" but am willing to trade him with three
cans of V-8, two packs of Marlboro lights (box), some Tuaca & all the creme de
banana for the life of their bar (for a bartender to be named later plus some
stick matches).
I enjoy my job, my employer gives me that opportunity, I feel sorry for all
those corporate . No Blender,
Marc
