The information provided by Robert, AKA DrinkBoy, goes a long way to explain
how to deal with your current situation. Of course getting a notary to sign
off on your drink takes a bit of time and money. One thing that came to mind
when I first read your post is that Bartender Magazine offers what they call
CocktailRight. I dont know how effective it is, but the offer a certificate
and only CocktailRight a recipe once.
I hope this helps
Oh, and the website is http://www.bartender.com/CRight.htm
