As far as I know, a Cajun martini is made with Absolut Peppar, a cayenne
rim, and a jalapeno garnish. Alternatively, Macaroni Grills serve an Italian
martini similar to this with the addition of a hefty splash of Major Peter's
and a pepperoni/ cherry pepper garnish.
The Harvard Student Agencies Bar Guide calls an unmixed, unstirred White
Russian a "Dirty Bird."
Have you thought of a variation of a "Tequila Mockingbird?" Or better yet,
how about a dirty martini made with Grey Goose vodka and an interesting
garnish? Sounds like a "Dirty Bird" to me!!
  Paul
