Naked Girl

A four count equals one ounce. Some folks say three and up. Hense
a two count equals 1/2 ounce and a five count equals 1 1/4 Oz. An eight
count equals two oz.
Take an empty bottle put a pour spout in it and practice pouring water into
a shot glass (1 oz.) while counting to four. You will quickly find the
right cadense.

I just lied my way into my first job too. I finished my first week and all is
well. I didn,t realize that there's a lot more to keeping a bar than knowing a
bunch of drink recipes and being a good people person. Hustle, be thorough,
stay ahead. keep your bar spotless and remember that there is always something
that needs to be done.

Best of luck

Phelps
