oh. you mean increments?

im sure you aced the interview if you couldnt even get what my message was
trying to help.

dash
splash
1/4 ounce
1/2 ounce
3/4 ounce
1 ounce
1-1/4 ounces
1-1/2 ounces
1-3/4 ounces
2 ounces.... and so on and so on

remember fractions in elementary/junior high school? i listed smallest to
largest.

think about it. counts as i had wrote before are like music tempo. it is
however you want. an ounce could be a three count or a four count depending
how fast or slow you count. thought for such a clever lying bartender you
would understand something that simple. the only way you will know is if you
worked with measuring device like the testube rack sold at most bar supply
stores to know where you are when you pour. get it now?

as a manager who is tired of the line of bull that someone always thinks is a
new one, i see my help is useless. someone is always trying to get the quick
fix on something they are sure requires no experience. (this example sums it
up)

good luck sweetie. lie your way to the top. (sorry, the naked comes into
this well wish but i am sure you dont get that either)

the good drink doctor (and manager)
