A vodka collins is one shot of vodka (usually about 1.5 ozs.), about three
ozs. sour mix, and about an ounce or so of soda water on top after the drink
has been mixed and poured into the glass to give it that sparkle. To make a
Midori vodka collins, the vodka is reduced to .75 ozs. and .75 ozs. of Midori
are added, but the rest is the same.
