Idaho treats non-alcohol beer and wine, no matter what the percent of alcohol, the same as beverages with alcohol (if any alcohol is in the beverage, it is considered to be beer or wine). Idaho does not have official Happy Hour Laws. The law does allow a licensee to offer a food and drink comination for a special price. Here is their ABC link if you want to know more. -- Clint clint_pitts[at]hotmail.com
