First of all I would recommend having completely different types of drinks in
each room. This is actually easier to pull off than you mihgt expect. Just
choose an alcohol that can be used in all three rooms for the majority of the
drinks - like vodka or rum.

For the "cocktail/socializing" classier drinks like the Martini would be a
definite staple or you can jazz it up with a few fad drinks like the apple
martini. This room sounds like you definitly want the atmosphere to be light
and full of positive energy. Try to keep the drinks on that level.

For the "lively, dancing" room - I would imagine if you've got people in there
to dance they aren't going to want to mess with hanging around a table or the
bar to sip a cocktail leisurely. Give them something quick and tasty -
shooters. This way they can down it quick and get back to what's really
important - the dance floor! Maybe a slippery nipple (this can also be done as
a pousse cafe for the lounge room) for the ladies (or gents :) ) and of course
tequila shots with lime and salt are always a favorite. A punch would also
work great here for those who don't like shots.

For the "laid back" room - maybe a pousse cafe or a coffee. Something a little
heavier and relaxing. I would suggest Bailey's and Kahlua Drinks. If Bailey's
presents a higher price tag than you are wanting to pay I have found an Irish
Cream that I find to be almost as good and at about half the price -
Carolan's. It's also great for mixing if you'd rather use the Bailey's neat or
on the rocks.

Hope this helps. I'll be curious about how the party works out however you
choose to do it.

Stephanie
