Congratulations Shaun, but the answer to your question is NO.
One way to keep it your signature drink is to have your name in the title, so 
at least your name can be buzzing all over town....but as far as copyrights, 
NO. The creativity of making up an alcoholic drink has not, and probably never 
will, match or compare to other mega creative mediums such as songwriting, 
screenwriting, book writing, and all others that can be copyrighted. 
Now, if you get a collection of drinks Shaun made up and published them in a 
book, then you'd have something.
