When free pouring alcohol a four count is equal to one shot (or 1 oz.) of
alcohol. If pouring a Long Island and holding four or five bottles pour for a
two count if adding a half ounce of each liquor, a three count if adding three
quarters of an ouce of each, etc. One thing I would recommend is to get a
graduated measuring container showing ounces and practice a few times to see
if your counts are accurate. Hope this helps.
