When you are making mixed drinks, for a "shot" of liquor how long do you
count? Is it a "thousand-one" count? and when a recipe says 1 oz., is that a
shot? I thought that a Jigger (1.5 oz.) was a shot? If you can give a
couple of examples I would really appreciate it, like making a Long Island
where you hold all 4 bottles at once. the recipe calls for 1 oz. each of 4
different liquors. Can someone straighten me out, I'd appreciate it.
