When steeping anything with vodka.  Take a clean 1-quart jar, fill with vodka 
add an item/s close jar and let stand for at least 24 hours.

I would put in a couple of jelly beans and taste it after 24 hours.  Add jelly 
beans until you get the desired flavor.
