Well, I can't give you those ingredients, but I can answer your almond
flavored question. (yum) In most cases amaretto can not be substituted for
orgeat syrup and creme de noyeaux. This is because they function in different
capacities.
First off, orgeat syrup. This is merely a syrup that is flavored with
almonds, and is non alcoholic. I know I've seen it used in coffee houses,
etc. It's normally uses when the flavor of almonds is wanted, but not the
extra alcohol. So conceivably, yes amaretto may be substituted for orgeat
syrup.
Second, Creme de Noyeaux. This is a liqueur that tastes like almonds, but is
a deep red color. Most of the time that's what this liqueur is used for.
Without this, a vibrant pink squirrel turns into a squirrel that just ran
through mud. So, in most cases, subbing amaretto for creme de noyeaux won't
make a difference in taste, but the appearance will suffer greatly. And isn't
appearance half of what makes a great drink?
Hope I've helped.
