Subject: Flipping Bottles
From: Clint

I've recently made an effort to begin learning the art of flair bartending.
I've been practicing a number of the moves with empty bottles and am geting
better, so I decided to move to bottles with some water in them.
I cannot keep the water from spilling out as the bottle rotates when using a
free pour. And using a measured poor I get the swirling effect in the bottle
which prevents the pour from working.
Any advice on how to correct either of these problems would be appreciated.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
