i think if you go back through the webtenders forum, you will find
about all the suggestions one person can take.  this questions has
been asked many times in many ways with a lot of excellent responses.
i've been at it 25 years and worked my way up from waitressing in a shot
and beer bar to managing a club.  good luck - waitressing is tough but
