I am fortunate that I work in a sports bar and the owner of the place doesn't
care on Friday nights, which is when we usually get the most complaints(we
have a line out the door till closing, so pissing off some drunk asshole is
not a big deal, unless they are paying us well to take their crap). You know,
"My drink isn't strong enough","so and so at this bar makes it like this", and
so forth and so on. But when it comes to something that is against health
code, you just have to find a way to tactfully tell them that what they are
asking is illegal and against whatever law, or health code. And if they have
a problem with the law they are more than welcome to contact their city
counselman or state congressman and take it up with them, after all that is
their right to express opinion against a law they don't agree with. I usually
tell them I would put snot in their drink if that's what they wanted and it
was legal. The best way to get around these kind of people is to make light
of whatever stupid request they are asking and move on to something else. IE:
change the subject, flip a glass or a bottle, ask them for their phone
number. Just remember this above all else: YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE
SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. YOU+$+ALCOHOL=YOU WIN
