Hi All. I'm a Part Time Private Party Bartender, who has not done this in a while. VERY part time recently. I just had an interview today with a client who needs me for a party for 50-100 people. What would be the correct liquor/soda/garnish(basically lemons and limes) breakdown for this? They want a nice assortment of drinks, but not TOO much. I'm also not sure if I should suggest liters of soda, or cans. I prefer to make the drinks with cans-easier to pour. Any suggestions on how much they should buy? Thank you Michelle
