Cleveland here. :)  If you want a straight shot with the best bars in one 
area, head for West 6th.  There's a small collection of upscale clubs on that 
strip, and you're guaranteed to have a great time.  Dance clubs, cigar clubs, 
martini bars, thy're all there.  

I know of quite a few other small amazing places in the area, but that would 
require hopping all over the city.  I don't know how long you're going to be 
here, but I'm assuming it won't be for long - so your best bet is to hit W.
