Subject: Clear lime juice

Hi, guys, I've come up with a drink that should turn any G&T fan on.

5 cl gin (Bombay)
1 tbsp absinth (Père Kehrmann's)
about 1 tbsp lime juice
tonic water

Stir the alcohol with the lime juice, fill glass with tonic, add ice, garnish
with a lime ring.

My wife and I find this drink a real find - there's just one problem. Fresh
lime juice makes it cloudy, whereas (undiluted) Rose's lime, which makes a
really beautiful greenish drink, is a little too sweet. If I could find clear,
pure lime juice I would have a drink worthy of the name "Emerald" - do you
know if there is any? (And just to make sure I am not making an ass of myself,
please tell me if this rather simply made drink already exists or if the name
is taken)

Goof
