Do you have a Happy Hour there? A martini menu sitting on the slab works to
peak customer curiousity. How about giving people something they don't know
where else to get through signature cocktails? Do you serve food up at the
bar also? How about appetizer specials? Do you have good bartenders that
people will want to visit? Making drinks is only a small portion of a
bartenders job description, most of it is entertaining (in my opinion). A
successful bar business hinges on regulars. Although you may get a few new
people sitting at the bar everynight, most of the time, it'll be the regulars
that come see YOU. Give them a reason to come back and voila, you've got
yourself some bar biz.
