How about having fake customers at the bar on a night when the restaurant is
crowded?
People want to go to popular places, i.e. crowded places. So if everytime I
see you bar it's half-empty, I won't like it. But if it's full, then obviously
that's the place to go.
How do you find fake customers? I guess you can bring in a lot of your
friends.
Anyone with any other suggestions?
